On an errand to the grocery store I made a little side trip to a portion of the Brecksville Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks. For many, it's a rather gloomy day but I often find such days filled with peace. Recent rains raised silt in the river running over its rocky bed but the soft light, fresh green foliage, and damp rocks made for a beautiful scene.

What a lovely scene. It does look very peaceful. It would be nice to sit on the bank and listen ot the water flow and gaze at the beauty!
