She Who Must Be Obeyed was gifted with a bottle of Flora Springs Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon – 2005. A business visitor had purchased it for himself while in the Cleveland area but was unable to take it home with him on a return airline flight. It was a very nice bottle! I've not been a big fan of Cabs but this one had good fruit, was light on the tannin, and had a very smooth finish. We both enjoyed it. A very nice gift!
Note to self: it's available at Trader Joe's.

I've mixed feelings about Trader Joe's. I'm not crazy about the shopping experience, ie: what merchandise they have on the shelves. Others must disagree though, our local store is often mobbed. On the other hand, they do appear to pay a decent wage to their employees and I really applaud that! I'll have to check in again some time… I wasn't familiar with this label of wine before the gift but the person who purchased it has good taste. — JG

I prefer Whole Foods but Trader Joe's has a few things going for it. We've got two TJ's here, one fairly close to my office. — JG
