I love the depth of color a cloudy autumn morning can display. Out and about early, I stopped at a spot in the Cleveland Metroparks System to enjoy the view and capture this image.

I love the fall colors! We aren’t there just yet in our part of Virginia, but I give it another week and we will be!
The colors seem to be just past peak here. Wind and rain recently have brought down many leaves and another good round of weather will strip more than a few trees. It’s been beautiful this year so we’re enjoying the show while it lasts! — JG

A gorgeous shot! I wish we had color like that here this year, ours is very drab overall, I think it was too dry this summer.
We thought our dry summer would spoil things — “stressed” trees started changing early — but it doesn’t seem to have affected the color we’ve seen over the past two weeks. Simply beautiful! — JG
